Hello, I currently have a 2012 Nissan Frontier with the factory towing package. I have the four prong harness but need to convert it to the 7 prong version as we are getting a travel trailer.

In order to install a 7-way trailer wiring harness on your 2012 Nissan Frontier I recommend using the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector part # 118266 which offers plug and play installation. Then, in order to retain both 4 and 7-way trailer connection points you will also need the Hopkins Endurance Multi-Tow 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector part # HM40950.
