I reached out to my contact at Thule (they made the Sears roof boxes) and that key number is no longer a replaceable key. If the unit is unlocked you can use the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders - Qty 2 # TH450200 as replacements.

If it is not unlocked you can either call a locksmith to have a key made for your locks or you can carefully drill out the core as drilling too far will damage the carrier.
