Yes, the Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Legs for Vortex Aero Crossbars part # RRRLKVA will fit your 2018 Honda Fit with a sun roof. However, Rhino-Rack does not recommend opening the sun roof with the rack installed. In order to complete your roof rack setup you will also need the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars part # RRVA118B-2 and the Custom DK Fit Kit for 4 Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack Legs part # DK438.
