Fixed Mount Aero Bar Roof Rack for 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander with Flush Roof Rails

Question:

I have a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander with no existing rails. I think I need something that will attach to fixed mount I have attached a pic. Am I correct? I was looking at the Rola Ape 59834 but it is only rated to 110 lbs. Is that the real max or are they being safe? Most other systems seem to be rated higher. I checked with another site and all they had was the Rhino-Rack vortex 2500 but they had it listed at 200 lbs. Is that actuate? I think you guys have better pricing, so what would you charge for that set-up for my vehicle? Are there other options you would recommend?

Your photo shows that your 2015 Outlander has the roof setup with flush rails. We do not have a Rola roof rack for this application but we do that others that will work great.

For weight capacity, appearance and value I really like the Rhino-Rack SRB Vortex Aero system made of parts # RRVA126B-2 and # RRSX031. This black aerodynamic rack has a 165-lb capacity on your Outlander and provides quieter performance than all other bar shapes. Please check out the linked video to see more.

The weight rating for just the roof rack bars themselves can be higher than the rating of the vehicle on which they mount, but on your specific vehicle this Rhino-Rack gives you a substantial 165-lb capacity for the two bars. This rack will ship free from etrailer; pricing is shown on each item's page.
