Where Does the Blue Wire On the Back of the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Go To On a 2018 Jeep JLU
Question:
Hello, I want to install a Prodigy 3 on a 2018 Jeep Wrangler with factory tow package. Where do you connect the blue wire thats on the wiring harness? I watch the video on an installation of a Wrangler JL without factory towing package, but it didnt address the installation with tow package. Thanks!

The blue wire on the back of the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90195 will go directly to the 7-way trailer connector. This wire will need to be at least a 10 gauge like part # 10-1-1. However, there is also going to be wires needed for powering the brake controller and your 7-way so I highly recommend you use the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller part # ETBC7 because it comes with everything you need. Therefore, you don't have to worry about running to the store during your install.
