Yes, the Swagman 2 Bike Bag for RV's # S24FR that you referenced will fit great on the Hollywood Racks TRS 2-Bike Platform Rack # HR3000 as long as you are carrying the bikes behind an RV. Motorhomes and other RV's are the only thing big enough to block the wind enough to prevent the bike rack cover from whipping around and damaging the bike surface.
