Based on my research it looks like your 2018 Lance 1575 Camper is equipped with a Dexter Torsion Axle, specifically a #10 model with a 2,300 to 4,000 pound weight capacity. I do highly recommend verifying this either by looking for the axle ID tag/sticker or in your owner's paperwork.
If this is the case then the Dexter Torflex Lift Kit # K71-707-01 is exactly what you need. This will raise the trailer by 2-5/8 inches and includes all the spacers, washers, hex nuts, and screws needed for installation.
I have attached a short video review and the written instructions that you can check out as well.
