The most common bolt pattern for your wheel and tire size is the 5 on 4-1/2 inch. I'm not sure if you have a color you wanted to match, but based on your given capacity the tire is Load Range C so here are my recommendations for your spare.
Black=Kenda Loadstar ST205/75D15 Bias Trailer Tire w/ 15" Black Mod Wheel # AM3S664DX
Silver=Castle Rock ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 15" Silver Mod Wheel # LHACK121
The Castle Rock options have a 2 year roadside assistance included in their 5 year tire warranty. The Kenda option has a higher speed rating of 81 mph compared to the 75 mph rating of the Castle Rock tires, but does not have roadside assistance and only has a 2 year warranty. The Castle Rock Tires are Radial tires instead of bias ply but that is the best combination we have for the 15x5 inch rims and tire combinations. It won't be an issue to use that tire as a spare.
