I can help you with wiring the Command trailer tail light part # 328-003-81LBM1 but we do not have a diagram available.

The good news you are getting power to the light since it illuminates but the turn and stop do not work. The first step is to check the white ground wire coming from the light to make sure it is grounded to a clean bare metal surface. Most of the time, if the ground is bad some of the functions will not work on the trailer lights and others will work.

The white wire from the light is your ground wire. The brown wire is the taillight wire and the red is the brake/turn signal wire. You may want to test the wires from your trailer for power with a circuit tester while someone activates the functions in the vehicle to make sure you are wiring to the corresponding trailer wires. I have also attached an installation video for your reference.

If you test your wires on the trailer and do not get power, then test the running light and turn/brake wires at the vehicle side connector for power. If you do not have power the vehicle connector, let me know and we can trouble further.
