Can B and W Companion Hitch Be Transferred to 2017 GMC Sierra 2500 with OEM Rail Kit

Will a companion slider rvk 3405 still work on my new Chevy 2500 with the oem puck and gooseneck system?

The B&W Companion Slider Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # BWRVK3400 is not completely compatible with your new Chevy 2500 factory pucks and gooseneck. The base # BWRVB3405 will not work, but the head is transferable to the compatible base that will fit the OEM rail kit you have in your 2017 GMC Sierra 2500.
You can get the Replacement Slider Base for B&W OEM 5th Wheel Hitch - Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package - 20K # BWRVB3770 and reuse the current hitch head or you can replace the entire unit with the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # BWRVK3770.
