Yes, the Curt TriFlex Trailer Brake Controller # C24VV will work perfectly on your new 2019 Ram 1500 Classic. To install the controller all you need is the Plug-In Adapter # C51458 that will connect to the TriFlex at one end and to the factory port beneath the dash of your truck at the other end.
The TriFlex is a solid proportional controller with 9 sensitivity settings to fine-tune your braking and a diagnostic system that will constantly keep you up to date on any potential issues. I have attached the written installation manual that you can check out as well.
