Recommended Hitch and Wiring for 2006 Cadillac DTS Towing a Small Utility Trailer

I need a tow bar 5,000 lbs for a2006 Cadilac dts which model do I need ? I need it to hook up to a small utility trailer.

Unless I am mistaken, it sounds like you are needing a receiver hitch. The Roadmaster Tracker Tow Bar you mentioned, part # RM-020 is intended for towing a car behind an RV.
For your 2006 Cadillac DTS, I would recommend the Draw-Tite Class II Receiver Hitch, part # 36287.
All necessary installation hardware, as well as the draw bar and the pin and clip used to hold the draw bar into the receiver is included. To complete your towing system, you will also need:
Tow Ready Wiring Harness, part # 118535
1-7/8 inch trailer ball, part # 19256
2 inch trailer ball, part # 19258
The required trailer ball size should be stamped into the coupler of the trailer you are using.
