Adding Trailer Wiring to a 2000 Volkswagen Passat

i have a 00 passat and i dont want to splice into the vehicles wires.

The correct wiring for your 2000 Volkswagen Passat is # 119178KIT. A T-One plug in type of connector is not available.
Installing the # 119178KIT is not as difficult as you might think. All you need to do is probe the tail light wiring with the included tester and then connect the converter wires to the correct vehicle wires with the included quick splice connectors.
