Does Thule Roof Rack on 2017 Acura RDX With Factory Raised Rails Cause Sway

Could my year old silver Thule cross racks sitting on Acura rails be causing my 2017 Acura RDX to sway or rock side-to-side over 40mph? Acura dealer thinks it could be the cause...

Thanks for the photo and the short answer to this is no, the Thule roof rack on your 2017 Acura RDX is not causing sway or any side-to-side movement.
It looks like your '17 RDX has the factory raised rails and the Thule Raised Rail Feet # TH710401 and Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711400 or the AeroBlade crossbars. Either way they are aerodynamic bars and there will not be an issue with them causing sway as they are specifically designed for wind resistance.
There can be many different reasons why you are swaying but the Thule roof rack would not be one of them.
