Question:
could you recommend a good tire? Im sorry I dont have more specific info, but I was told a 15inch 4 lug tire would do.

While we do have 15" tires and wheels that have a 4 lug pattern none of them are compatible with each other. If you were to go with a 15" tire, like the Taskmaster Provider # TR20515D then the least amount of lugs is a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern like the wheel that you could pair it with # AM20422.
For a 4 on 4" bolt pattern the largest tire we have comes with the combo # AM3S120 which uses the Loadstar 175/80D13 bias trailer tire.
If by chance you are talking about the total diameter of the tire being 15" then the Kenda 4.80/4.00-8 part # AM30040 is what you are looking for as it includes a wheel with a 4 bolt pattern.
If you can get me some more insight as to what your application is I can make a recommendation for you out of the linked tire and wheel combinations.
