On the Derale 15830 cooler with the fan, what temp does the fan come on at?

Expert Reply:
On the Derale Transmission Cooler, part # D15830, the operation of the fan will depend on which way it is connected to your vehicle.
You can wire the fan to be turned on manually by using a switch like the Derale Lighted On/Off Switch, # D16740. This way you can turn the fan on and off as needed.
The other way is to use the Derale Remote Mounting Kit, part # D13023. This kit will use an in-line thermostat that will turn on the fan at 180 degrees and automatically turn off the fan at 165 degrees.
