Tires that are size 5.60-15 seem to be vintage automotive tires based on my research and are not something you will want to use on your trailer.

Instead, for 15 inch tires on your trailer you are going to want to use tires that have the correct weight capacity to support the full GVWR of your trailer as well as have the correct diameter and width to fit your trailer without interfering with the fender or sidewall.

A 15-inch tire I recommend checking out is the Taskmaster Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire # TR20515D which measures 27.17" in diameter and is 7.99" wide when inflated; it also has a maximum capacity of 2,150 lbs at 65 psi.

The Taskmaster Provider ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range E Item # TR225LRE is a similar size, with a 28.31" diameter, 8.78" width and 2,830 lb capacity at 80 psi.

I have added links to video reviews of these tires for you to take a look at as well.
