Curt A20 5th Wheel Hitch Mounting Hardware Positions
Question:
I started to install the hitch removed for winter and noticed the nuts on the side rails are larger on one end. Does this mean there is a front and back to the rails? The nuts are over the cams that fit in the pucks. The way I have it is the 15/16inch nuts are to the front and the 1 3/16inch nuts are toward the rear.

On the Curt A20 5th wheel hitch # C16044 that fits the factory prep in your 2017 Ram 3500 the smaller nuts should be installed on the front legs that are closer to the cab and the larger ones to the rear, just as you had it. I did check with Curt just to be certain.
