Can I pill a 5th wheel with the Reese hitch adjusted all the way up? Reese 16000

If you are referring to the vertical height adjustment on your Reese 16K 5th Wheel Hitch like # RP30051 then you certainly can raise it to its highest setting and tow with it in this position. Most 5th wheel hitches do have this adjustable height so you can raise or lower it to keep the trailer level when it's hooked up.
