Comparing Air Lift and Firestone Air Bag Kits for a 2015 GMC Sierra 3500
Question:
WHICH IS CONSIDER TO BE THE BEST AIR LIFT OR FIRESTONE? Will it work with a 3850 lb loaded slide-in truck camper? Being put on a 2015 GMC 3500 dual rear wheel crew cab 4x4 diesel!

The biggest difference between Firestone Ride-Rite and Air Lift LoadLifter air bag kits is that Firestone uses double convoluted bags that have 4 layers of reinforced rubber and are installed on the plates using a rolled crimp seal that keeps them from getting pinched. The LoadLifter kits are good as well but they don't have as heavy-duty rubber as the Ride-Rite option which is why I recommend going with Ride-Rite (Firestone) over LoadLifter (Air Lift).
For your 2015 GMC Sierra 3500 the best option is the Ride-Rite Red Label Air Helper Springs Kit # F2709 because they are a no-drill option that are compatible with an in-bed hitch and are designed for occasional towing and hauling. They have a weight capacity of 5,000 lbs but keep in mind that this won't increase the weight capacity of your Sierra as suspension enhancement is meant to support an OEM suspension.
Something else to note is that an air compressor system can really help to make your life easier when using air bags. Reacon being that you can add air when you are out and about without having to hunt down a compressor plus it gives you the ability to monitor your air bags from the comfort of your cab. For your application I recommend the Firestone Air Command II # F2219 which is a dual function kit (meaning you can adjust the psi of the air bags independently) that uses an analog gauge that you mount in your cab.
I have attached installation videos of the air bag and compressor kits being installed on similar Sierras that you can reference.
