Are Air Bags/Springs and Weight Distribution Systems Compatible for Combined Use

You can absolutely use air springs in the back of your vehicle when using a weight distribution system like the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37100ET you asked from. The weight distribution system will help position the tongue weight of the trailer so that it isn't as so directly impacting the hitch ball and trailer hitch. You will need a thin walled socket like # ALL643216 or # EQ70-00-4800 to install the included hitch ball.
The air springs will allow you to adjust the height between your vehicle frame and axle so your headlights aren't shooting up in the air. The combination of the two is great especially with large trailer loads.
I've attached a couple of articles to assist with weight distribution and air spring kits and compressors to assist. You will want to set up your weight distribution system without the air bags inflated past the minimum 5 lbs and then once that system is engaged use the air bags to level your vehicle.
