If you are wanting to tow a 5th wheel trailer with your new 2018 Ram 3500 that is equipped with the factory prep kit all you need to add is a compatible 5th wheel trailer hitch.

For this I highly recommend the B&W Companion OEM # BWRVK3600 because of its superior 1 inch thick dual jaws that will provide not only an extremely secure connection to the trailer but will also greatly reduce rattle and movement for a quieter, smoother ride. This particular model is specifically designed to drop right into the factory pucks openings in your Ram's bed and the rotating handles on the legs makes this process much easier than other hitches that are designed for your truck.
