Is Wear on Connectors of Camco RV Power Defender Voltage Protector a Concern

my surge protectir has a slight burn or melt on the female side should i be concerned

As long as the Camco RV Power Defender Voltage Protector # CAM55306 is still functioning properly and the lights on the front panel are showing that you are safe you will be fine. Most likely you had a pretty big power surge that this was able to protect you from! Definitely keep an eye on it and if you see any changes you'd probably want to have an electrician take a look at your RV's setup to make sure you don't have any wiring issues that need to be cleaned up.
