Fifth Wheel Hitch Recommendation for 2018 Ram 3500 with OEM Rail Kit

Hi i have a 2018 ram mega cab with the factory puck system. I have a reese hitch from my ford part# bc3j-5b110 Will these legs work for my hitch? TIA

I wish it was possible to convert your Ford Elite Reese hitch to fit your Ram factory rail kit but the center section, head, and legs are different so you can't swap parts easily to do this. Best option is to go with a new hitch and then sell your old hitch to offset the cost. It would be easier to sell a complete hitch than legs alone also.

For a new hitch I would recommend the B and W Companion Hitch for Ram rail kits part # BWRVK3600. I recommend this hitch for you as we've had a few people make the transition from the Elite Hitch to the Companion and they reported a smoother ride quality overall.
