Question:

Im currently in the process of changing over to led in headlights, taillights and third break light for my 2007 f150. Do i need resistors for all led lighting or just turn signals?

It's honestly just a hit and miss when it comes to adding LED lights to a vehicle like your 2007 Ford F-150. Sometimes the vehicle needs load resistors to read power draw on that circuit and other times it doesn't.

If you are changing your lights to LED slowly then it might be worth having a few load resistors around just in case so that you can still use your F-150 to travel. If you end up needing load resistors I recommend using part # DI34ZR.
