Will AirBedz XUV Air Mattress # 341030 Fit Available Area in Rear Area of 2016 Subaru Forester
Question:
Are your SUV air mattresses custom sized for a specific vehicle? I have a 2016 Subaru Forester 2.5i Premium. Ive made a sleeping platform that raises the rear cargo area 2.75inch to be at the same level as the rear seats, folded down. However, there is quite a variation in width behind and in front of the wheel wells. Q: How does your #341030 or other part fit in these areas? In order for us to sleep in the back, we will need to push the front seats as far forward as they can go, and tilt the seats forward. Q: What is the length of the #341030 front to back? People have hung a platform from the front seat headrests to span the gap between the rear of the front seats to the front of the folded-down rear seats. Q: Is such a platform necessary for your #341030, or does the inflatable area extend down to the floor behind the front seats?

The AirBedz XUV Air Mattress # 341030 that you referenced was designed to fit as many crossover style vehicles as possible and was tested in a 2016 Subaru Forester like yours and determined to be a fit. This has a cutout for the wheel wells so it should fit around yours no problem. The overall length of this is 66 inches. An additional platform is not needed to fit this in the rear of your vehicle as it was designed to fit the available area without any other adapters or modifications.
