Lower Power Drawing Light Bulbs for Gustafson RV Vanity Light # 277-000322

Question:

Good morning all! We are building an observatory for our telescope which will be powered by batteries charged by photovoltaics. We like the fixtures we see on this site but do not see information regarding the type of bulbs used in your fixtures. Perhaps, more importantly, what is the power consumption in amps for your fixtures? This information is important in sizing the battery bank and figuring out how many PV panels we need to charge those batteries. Also, now that Im thinking about it, the fixtures will be used for task lighting purposes. I suppose eye strain may be an issue if the bulbs put out a wavelength of light that is irritating to the eyes. I see some sites give us a angstrom curve with descriptive terms like white, warm white, etc. I suppose that if you can give me a description of the bulbs I can look that information up on line. Do you have that information on hand? Thanks folks!

The Gustafson RV Vanity Light # 277-000322 that you referenced uses 921 style bulbs which if you wanted to go with a low power consumption option you can easily use LEDs like the part # DI74ZR which puts out a warm white color which is easier on the eyes. The picture I attached shows the color of the light it puts out.

Each of these draw .19 of an amp.
