Can 2018 Ford F-150 with Firestone Ride Rite Kit Be Jacked up By Trailer Frame

Question:

I am going to be installing an air bag system to my 2018 F150 to supplement my WD system and I was leaning towards the Firestone system however I have one question that I can’t seem to get a straight answer on. I have a two post lift that I use to perform basic maintenance on my vehicles. After reading the installation instructions for the Firestone, they recommend not lifting the vehicle by the frame unless “necessary” but don’t really specify how likely damage is to occur if it’s only for a short term procedure oil change and/or tire rotation most likely whereas Air Lift specifically states short term maintenance can be performed without damaging the air bags. Are the Firestone air bags more prone to damage by lifting the vehicle by the frame?

I've directly asked this to our reps at Firestone and they've told me that it's perfectly fine to jack up a truck like your 2018 Ford F-150 by the frame and that having the air bags of the kits like the part # F2582 will be totally fine.
