Difference Between Hollywood Racks Recumbent Bike Racks

Question:

My longest bike is 69 and my shortest bent bike 44. what are the differences between your two recumbent bike racks. They both seem like they would fit for me. Thanks

The Swagman XC-Extended Bike Rack for 2 Recumbent Bikes # S64650-EXT and Saris Freedom Bike Rack for 2 Recumbents Bikes # SA4412B-R are both frame mount recumbent racks for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches. They both have weight capacities of 35 pounds per bike when using a class I hitch. However the Saris # SA4412B-R can carry bikes up to 60 pound bikes if your hitch is a class II or higher where the Swagman # S64650-EXT remains at a 35 pound per bike capacity for all hitch classes.

The other significant difference is that the Swagman # S64650-EXT has a maximum wheelbase of 69 inches where the Saris # SA4412B-R has a maximum wheelbase of only 57 inches. slightly higher weight capacity at 50 lb per bike instead of the # HR1000Z-R which has a 45 lb per bike capacity.
