How Tight of a Turn Can You Make with Reese Dual Cam High-Performance Sway Control Installed
Question:
how sharp of a turn when backing up or doing forward turns. Reese Dual Cam High-Performance Sway Control for Steel Trailer Frames Item # RP26002
asked by: Krieg
Helpful Expert Reply:
With a Reese weight distribution system that has a Dual Cam system part # RP26002 installed you can turn about as tightly as you'd ever need to going forward, but when in reverse you'd have to be careful as it's much easier to jackknife a trailer in reverse. Basically going forward you'd never really have to worry about anything but when backing up you want to try and keep the trailer as reasonable straight as you can. Otherwise the bar ends will slip off of the cams of the Dual Cam kit.
