Your question was cut off but I believe you are asking if it's possible to tow beyond the capacity of your vehicle as stated in the owners manual. There isn't a way to safely do this as any towing setup is only as safe as the lowest rated component. A vehicle's towing capacity is made up of several things like engine power, braking strength, transmission strength, frame strength etc. so it's impossible to be able upgrade everything in the towing setup.

So while the Draw Tite hitch part # 76128 is a fit for your 2017 Mazda CX5 and has more towing capacity than your vehicle it would not allow you to tow more weight than what your vehicle is rated for.
