Adapter Needed for Wiring 4-Way in Place of 6-Way at Rear of Motorcycle
Question:
Im changing a 6 round to a four way on my motorcycle, how do I match up the six wires to a four way wires? Ive got the running lights and turn signals working correct but the brake lights dont work?? Please help!

Expert Reply:
Motorcycle trailer wiring has the stop lights and the turn signals carried on separate wires whereas 4-way trailer wiring has these two functions shared on the same wires. So what you'd need is signal converter part # RM-732 wired to the trailer wiring on your motorcycle and you'll be able to install a 4-way on the output side of the box.
