The 6.50 x 13 tire size is the old numeric sizing used in the 1970s. It means the tire is 6-1/2 inches wide and the height of the tire calculates to 23.4 inches.
The closest tire size I have to the 6.50 x 13 tire will be the 175/80-13 size. It is 6.9 inches wide and 24.1 inches tall. You will need to check if you have enough space on your camper for a 1/2 inch wider and 3/4 inch taller tire. The tire will fit on a 4-1/2 inch to 5-1/2 inch wide wheel.
For this size you would want the part # AM10210.
