I have attached the functions of the Hopkins 7-Way RV Style Connector with Molded Cable part # H20046 for you below however, if you are having issues with certain lights not working while others are turned on then I can almost guarantee you have a ground problem. In order to fix this I recommend you run the ground for each light up to the main ground for the trailer connector. If you have already done this then remove the ground, sand down the surface, and then reattach with new hardware. I am almost certain based on my experience with trailer lighting problems that your issue is going to be traced back to a bad ground.
White Wire = Ground
Red Wire Left = Left Turn and Brake
Brown Wire = Right Turn and Brake
Green Wire = Tail Lights
Blue Wire = Brake Power
Black Wire = 12 Volt
Yellow Wire = Aux.
