Rhino Rack Vortex Aero Roof Rack for a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Moving from a raised rail 2016 Jeep Cherokee to a black flush mount rail 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude. I want to use my Rhino Rack Vortex Rails and Luggage Rack What do I need? Just RCL Legs?

We do have the Rhino Rack Vortex Aero roof rack available for the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee but the bars from your 2016 Jeep Cherokee are not compatible with the legs for the Grand Cherokee. Your existing Vortex aero bars for the 2016 Jeep Cherokee are 49 inches long. The bars for the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee are 54 inch bars. I contacted Rhino Rack and the shorter bars will not attach to the legs inside the flush mount rails of the Grand Cherokee.

If you need a Rhino-Rack Vortex aero crossbar set up for your 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee the bars are part # RRVA137B-2, the feet are part # RRRLKVA and the custom fit kit is part # DK234. The installation process will be the same on your Grand Cherokee.
