It sounds like you are trying to install a trailer wiring harness on your 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe with aftermarket LED tail lights. If that is the case then you can use the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # C59236 which is compatible with LED tail lights. This is a hard wire option that will require you to splice into the tail light circuits on your Tahoe. However, if you do not already have a US car connector plug (see photo) on your Tahoe then this will be the only option for you. If you do have the US car connector plug on your Tahoe then you can use the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118384 for a 4-way trailer connector or the Custom Multi-Tow 7-Way and 4-Way Trailer Connector part # 30955 for a 4 and 7-way trailer connector which both works with LED tail lights so long as the vehicle is set up properly to do so.
