How Does Brake Controller Install in 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500
Question:
Does this unit plug and play for a 2001 chevy silverado 1500? I have the tow package on the shifter. If not what part do i need. thanks

Yes, to install the brake controller # TK63VR in your 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500 with the tow package only requires the install harness part # 3025-P that you referenced. This plugs into the junction box under the dash of your truck. There are a few connections under the hood of your truck that need to be made to fully activate the brake controller.
