The clicking you are hearing sounds like a circuit breaker being stripped and auto resetting. This indicates there is either a wiring issue or the motor is drawing more power than it should. Check the ground wire connection at the battery to ensure the connection to the trailer frame is bare metal to metal.

I recommend first checking the trailer battery using a multimeter like # PT89ZR. If the voltage is good at the battery, then inspect the wiring leading to the switch. Next test the voltage at the switch entering the switch and then also leaving the switch when activated. If this is not consistent, you have a bad switch.

Inspect the wire going from the switch to the motor and make sure you have correct voltage at the motor in both directions. If one direction pulls more than the other that is normal because lifting the trailer will take more power because it is lifting the weight to stabilize where lowering will have the help of gravity and the weight of the trailer.

If you need to replace the motor, the part you are seeking is the Replacement Electric RV Stabilizer Jack Motor for Lippert Components Landing Gear - Rear # LC352338. If the jack has been overextended there is a rod that runs the length of the stabilizer that may be bound up or in worst case bent. These jacks are stabilizers an not intended to raise or level the trailer without sometimes needing blocks. Using the jack as a leveling style jack instead of stabilizing can overextend the jack.
