Base Rail Kit Needed for Reese 5th Wheel Hitch on a 2006 Ford F-250

I want to install a used fifth wheel hitch in the back of my 2006 Ford F2 50

The Reese 5th wheel hitch that you have in your picture installs in industry standard base rails. The rails that you have in your picture though have been discontinued so you will need a new base plate kit and brackets. I recommend using the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit # RP50082-58 for your 2006 Ford F-250 because the brackets are a custom fit your your pickup which means you don't have to drill into the frame.
Please note that this is not compatible if you have a cab and chassis vehicle or if your F-250 has a 34" frame.
The 5th wheel hitch in your picture looks pretty worn and makes me a little nervous for your safety to be quite frank. I highly recommend at least upgrading it to an entry-level 5th wheel hitch like the Reese 16K # RP30047 if you have a long bed or part # RP30051 if you have a short bed. By going with a new hitch you can be confident that the components are not worn down or on the verge of breaking.
You may also be interested in the Curt # C56000 which gives you a 7-Way connector in the bed of your pickup to make connecting the wiring from your trailer much easier.
I have attached an installation video of this base rail kit on a 2006 Ford F-350 that you can reference for the installation as well.
