Best Airbags and Wireless Compressor System for 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500

Question:

I have a 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500 double cab long bed with diesel engine. I pull a 42foot fifth wheel toy hauler. What is the recommended air bags and compressor. Id like wireless capability for easy inflation.

The best air bag setup for the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 is the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL88338 for the rear axle. The Airlift air bags are the best option because they are the only airbags we carry that feature both an internal jounce style spring and the adjustability of air bags. I have attached an installation video of the airbags on a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 3500.

The internal springs create a durable structure inside the air bag while maintaining the ride comfort of air bags.They are also designed with roll plates that protect the spring from being punctured from moving parts underneath the Chevy because the roll plates are wider in diameter then the air bag itself. The roll plates on the AirLift Air Bags basically create a shield for the bag compared to the FireStone Airbags which are designed with a much smaller metal plate on each end of the bag.

The AirLift bags adjust from 5 PSI to 100 PSI. The kit comes with manual inflation valves but AirLift WirelessONE compressor system part # AL25980 makes inflating the bags convenient. The WirelessONE maintains a pre-set amount of air pressure that you set determined by your ride height. The remote allows you to adjust the air pressure inside or outside of the cab of the Chevy.
