Can I connect to RV system to trickle charge the battery in my enclosed trailer.

To put a maintenance charge on the vehicle in your enclosed trailer will require you to tap into the 12 volt power circuit of your 7-way and then run that wire through the trailer to the vehicle battery.
To do this you will need to run a 10 gauge wire from the trailer connector to the positive post of the battery. For that you can use the part # 10-1-1 sold by the foot.
