I do have a trailer hitch for your 2010 Toyota Sienna but the one for a Toyota Venza will not fit as the vehicle's have a different rear subframe so the holes will not line up unfortunately. For your Toyota Sienna, I recommend using the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75237 because it has the highest weight capacity of any other option for your vehicle and it has an integrated trailer connector bracket. The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver is also a custom fit so no drilling is required. If you need help with installation we have an install video which I have attached for you as well as a photo of what it will look like once installed.
If you will be doing an towing with your Sienna then you will need a trailer wiring harness and ball mount/hitch ball as well. For a trailer wiring harness, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118304 because it offers plug and play installation in addition to being one of the most reliable brands for wiring products. I have attached an install video of this product for you as well. For a ball mount/hitch ball, the etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit part # 989900 should have everything that you need.
