Based on my research your 2018 Shasta Oasis 18BH trailer has a GVWR of 4,750 pounds, which is the most it can weigh when fully loaded.

When picking out a weight distribution system the most important factor to consider is the total tongue weight of your setup, which includes the loaded tongue weight of the trailer plus any added cargo weight you have behind the rear axle of your F-150. Ideally this number will fall near the middle of the operating range on the system you choose.

Using a scale like the etrailer # e99044 is the most accurate method for determining the trailer's loaded tongue weight but we can take a pretty good estimate using the GVWR mentioned above. This is because a trailer tongue weight should be 10 to 15 percent of its total weight. We can use this information to calculate a loaded tongue weight of your Shasta Oasis of around 475 to 713 pounds.

For this type of range I highly recommend the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System # FA92-00-0800 that features a tongue weight capacity of 400 to 800 pounds. The Fastway e2 systems are one of the best on the market, especially when comparing it's friendlier price point to other higher-end systems. It uses integrated 2-point sway control to greatly limit side-to-side movement and its clamp-on brackets eliminate the need to drill into your trailer frame. The adjustable shank is included so the only thing you need to add is a compatible hitch ball like the 2 inch # A-90.

I have attached a short video demonstration on this system that you can check out as well.
