Roof Rack Recommendation for 2019 Subaru Forester with Raised Side Rails
Question:
I have a 2019 Subaru Forester and its roof has raised side rails. I am looking for a high-quality roof rack that attaches to those side rails. I want something that will allow me a lot of use and is durable. What do you recommend?

We have the perfect roof rack for your 2019 Subaru Forester with raised side rails, the Thule WingBar Evo. This roof rack is the best rack for your Forester because not only do the 47 inch bars give you a lot of space to carry accessories and gear, but it is extremely durable and quiet, not to mention the fact it looks great. For your '19 Forester the roof rack will consist of:
- Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711220 (Black) OR # TH711200 (Silver)
- Evo Raised Rail Feet for Thule Crossbars - Factory Raised Rails # TH710401
The WingBar Evo crossbars get their durability and strength - 165 lb weight capacity - from their aluminum construction. The WingBar Evo is rustproof and so durable that it comes with a lifetime warranty so you never have to worry about replacing your crossbars.
The WingBars are aerodynamic and have what are called WindDiffusers to minimize wind noise that can occur with other types of crossbars, allowing your drive to be peaceful.
The WingBar Evo is also simple to use; it has QuickAccess strips in its T-slots so you can use channel-mounted accessories easily, saving you the time and frustration that come with using crossbars that require you to cut the rubber trim that lies in the slot. All you have to do to mount any accessory in the T-slot of the WingBar is twist the SwingBlade end caps to reveal the slots and slide your accessory right in.
I do recommend adding the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450400 so you can lock the roof rack to your vehicle and secure your investment.
The accompanying photos are of this rack installed on a 2019 Subaru Forester and I have added a link to video reviews of the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711220 (Black) OR # TH711200 (Silver) and Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401 for you to check out, including one of this rack being installed on a '19 Forester.
