The Gooseneck to 5th Wheel Trailer Coupler Adapter # KPG5-Q25 is designed to replace the coupler tube of a gooseneck trailer to give you a king pin so that you could tow a fifth wheel trailer. Basically you'd need to remove the current gooseneck coupler tube that you have now and have this welded into it's place.
