To flat tow any vehicle you need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. Since you have the standard bumper on your 2017 Jeep Wrangler I recommend using the Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit # DM9519292 because these are compatible with the Demco tow bars that are a bit higher quality than other options out there.

The tow bar I recommend using is the Commander II # DM9511012 which is non-binding, rated for up to 6,000 lbs, and has an adjustable head unit to lower the chances that you need to use a high-low adapter. This tow bar also includes integrated safety cables which eliminates one more thing that you would otherwise have to pick up.

The Commander tow bar pairs really well with the Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 as there is a built-in storage rod to keep the wiring from dragging on the ground. This wiring kit easily lets you add the Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25 to keep your battery from draining while you are flat towing it.

Then for a braking system the SMI by Demco fixed systems are the best out there. They stay permanently installed on your Wrangler but give you quick and easy setups after the initial installation. These sit out of the way so you won't even notice they are still on your vehicle when you are driving around normally. If your motorhome has air brakes then use part # SM99243 but if it has hydraulic brakes use part # SM99251 instead.

Some flat towing setups require a high-low adapter for the tow bar to remain level while towing. I have linked our selection of adapters for you to check out as well as an article that will help you determine which is the best one for your application.

I have also attached some review and installation videos for you to check out.
