I spoke to my contact at Lippert and gave them the serial number on your trailer frame. With this information they were able to inform me that your trailer has a Lippert 1116 wing set. Unfortunately, they do not make a Reese Goose Box compatible with this wing set. However, if you prefer to have a gooseneck hitch ball as your connection point then you can use the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter part # CAB-C5G or part # CAB-C5GX1216. There is also a non-cushioned options as well, the Ranch Hitch Universal 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Coupler Adapter part # AM3100 or part # AM3139.
The Convert-A-Ball when compared to the Ranch Hitch will offer more height adjustments, provide a smoother ride, and has a longer warranty period. However, it only has a 20,000 lb weight capacity so if your trailer weighs more than this but not more than 24,000 lbs you can use the Ranch Hitch. I have attached a review video of each option for you.

You can in fact replace a 1116 with a Goosebox. You need an adapter set 61301.
