can this hitch be used with the Reese Steadi-Flex Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control - if so what would the hitch be rated for with it ...

When a weight distribution system like the Reese Steadi-Flex # RP66560 you referenced is used with the hitch its towing capacity increases to 10,000 pounds and its tongue weight limit increases to 1,000 pounds (compared to 6,000 and 600 respectively without a WD system).
