If you have a female 7-way trailer connector on your 2005 Ford F-150 with blade style pins which you can see in the attached photo then yes, the Hopkins 7-Way RV Style Connector with Molded Cable will fit and work well for you. If you do not have a female 7-way trailer connector with blade style pins on your F-150 then you can add one with the 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket part # HM40975-11998.
