B&W Patriot Sliding 5th Wheel Hitch Compatibility with Ford OEM Pucks Utilizing Rail Adapter
Question:
Do you have an adapter for my existing rail Patriot Sliding 5th Wheel Hitch to use in a New 2019 Ford F250 w/ puck system. I saw the Demco 6175. Does Reese or someone else make an adapter besides Demco.

For your 2019 Ford F-250 with factory pucks, the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter for Standard 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 20,000 lbs # RP30156 or the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ford OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package - 25,000 lbs # DM6175 will work well. I confirmed this with the manufacturer.
The B&W Patriot Slider # BWRVK3270 will not have interference issues with either of these adapters. The Chevy adapter is the one that will not work with the Patriot sliding hitch due to the bracing required for their puck locations interfering. The Ford locations are different and either of these two adapters will work well for you.
